    This is a fantastic pilsner, after taking a hiatus from beer in the last recent months my tastes buds had a serious make over and I am now having a tough time enjoying the IPAs that I had been consuming on the regular...

    I had one of these Wolters and it was love at first sip. I do find them to be much tastier out of a glass bottle, I seem to think the canned ones taste like apple juice... I was told by my local beer guy that they are no longer importing the bottles and it will be cans only from here on out. Between it being a great easy drinking summer beer and the price being ridiculously dirt cheep.... I highly recommend this beer to any and all who have not had. This is my current beer of choice.

    I've posted numerous times of my visits there, so that would be my best guess as to where you've seen them. They're still super small scale. This is their brewing equipment. That’s all they’ve got. I think they brew once a week in Tuesday’s.

    I'd hit Omnipollo, i've heard good things.
    The Bruery stuff they have is meh.
    Don't bother with Modern times wizard's blend, had it yesterday....holy fuck it's like diabeetus in a glass. Too many different tastes covered by a lot of sweet. It was like 10 different stouts all mixed with some vanilla.
    Had a can of the Great notion berries and cream, not bad. I'd love to try Jammy pants.
    I'd for sure hit DeGarde if you have a taste for sours (Rare barrel was meh when i went, but might have been an off trip)
    Casey has a cult following for sours, i've only had one
    Bokkereyder/Methode Goat and Funk Factory Geuzeria look killer based on untappd, never heard of them
    I wanna say i had Aslin at the Bruery festival and it was amazing, but...i was drunk

    Fawk me that list looks stacked!!
