If it’s happening when you’re doing things with your phone (calls, using Siri, other random Bluetooth stuff) then yeah, pretty normal. Toyota has been swapping radios like crazy and it seems that even new ones are having the same problem. Some have said the dealer flashed it with a new firmware update and it worked, but it seems to be hit or miss
