Pretty good. Picked up at 7-11 so total gamble.

Tasted my 4 sour projects going on right now. Passion fruit golden sour is alright but could use a bit more sour for me. Mango sour is a bit acetic and harsh, might be a lost cause. Cherry (pictured sampler) is great and might be ready to keg and serve. The parent solera carboy I've been adding and pulling from for about 4+ years now (scummy looking carboy pic) needs more time to sour before I throw it on the cherries for a second use (and because I probably can't get them out.... haha)

Went for a nice walk and stopped at a local beer and wine spot and they just got this amazing Ft George Brewing 3-Way IPA. Even better I drove to the Oregon coast tomorrow morning and will be just up the road from them! 59E23DFF-6AAB-41C5-BBED-87C3DF290009.jpg

    Yeah. I’d buy it again.

Gamble was whether it was old and skunky or not. Some of the other beers were from last fall... selection was pretty good considering.

    Onto bigger and better!

A nice coffee stout that isn’t barrel aged. This was also at 7-11 and almost half the cost my grocery store was charging a few months ago!

So over it. My buddies are hammered. I’ve downshifted to double and triple haze thinking they’re light.

That said, I had some absolute phenomenal stouts today.

It was great. I’ll do it again next year. It’s in Meadville, PA for anyone relatively local (a group of people flew in from Vegas, even).
