    No car parked in front of me at the time. There are no driveways and it's a one way going west (same direction). Which is why part of me thinks it was done intentionally. I checked all the white cars and trucks in my area and nothing.

    Check all the white vehicles around you for the next 2 weeks including the mailman,you will find the culprit.The person will park the next street over or so for a few weeks until they think you got over looking for them.
