I ordered one from rock auto for 30.
I called oreileys yday and they had a passanger side for 170 and the drivers side i needed for 212? It was cheaper that the dealership but still about 140-190 dollars way to much!

Now ive got a piece of that bed mat i cut up RTVd in my abs hole until the new one comes:cool:

    A thing or two...
The plug change interval on the 2TR-FE is 120k miles, so it's nothing special that the stock plugs were still in it. The stock plugs in the 2TR-FE are Iridium vs the copper plugs that are used in the 1GR-FE.

Just finished my 2nd Transmission drain and fill (1st was a quick drain and refill to check the fluid) This time I overfilled to check level. Was close to a quart low it seems. It was pretty smooth before but I can tell a difference. Fluid is pretty clean now, might do another in the fall.

Will do the coolant in the fall. Will change spark plugs in a week or two.

Added the avatar, she's all stock except the brush guard, mud flaps, and window vents. The 1st owner added those when they bought it. They also were smart enough to have it under coated. I just can't find any rust except mild surface rust. It was inspected and sprayed in 2017.

Edit: I don't need the brush guard, kinda gets in the way. What y'all think?

After 6 or 7 adjustments looks like the passenger side latch on my Leer hatch is finally correct. Been 3 weeks now and hasn't pooped open once. Last adjustment was only about 1/32" but it seems to have done the trick.

I think im finally done adding lights for a while... Until i get some floods for the rear?
    20190714_115050_HDR~2.jpg
    Rigid floods with amber
Piaa 510s with extreme white plus bulbs
    Phillips extra vision driving bulbs
    Rigid spots

Has anyone ever used the plasma ion yellow piaa bulbs? Im considering switching to those.

Can anyone suggest good aftermarket headlights that aren't super pricey but actually shine? unlike some expensive ones I've seen...

Yeah, I removed the brackets and moved the hoses and stuff but it was still crammed and I have fat fingers. Getting those tabs to give way etc was a PITA.

I have the highest level Sylvannia bulbs and I really like them. They’re like $50 at O’Reillys.

It's a Leer but I can't remember the model... I bought it used off Craig's List years ago. I've been very happy with it. Keeps a lot of gear dry in snow/rain. The little light inside isn't enough though so I put in bed lights.

Yesterday I drove to West Virginia and back to pick up a load of free firewood. That doesn't count the $73 trailer rental, $90 in gas and the cost to replace my rear mud flaps which got torn off somehow.

But dammit the firewood was free!

I bought the insurance and roadside assistance because it was going on a 500 mile round trip in a single day.

Don't laugh too hard about this mod. Vintage track racing cars used to use something similar for cooling the driver
