Hey guys, I'm hoping someone could help me out. I picked up an E-locker for my truck, it locked once when after I hooked it up and wouldn't unlock. I've taken it apart and cleaned it up a bit and checked that the worm gear spins by hooking a AA battery to contacts 2 and 3 on the pigtail. I installed the shaft with the spring and large plastic gear and now it won't turn.

if you run it out of the axle sometimes they'll stick all the way in one direction. Is it timed right?

Maybe try reversing the polarity on 2 & 3 to reverse the direction?

I'm sure it's fine if the worm gear will turn, but if you end up needing parts I'm about to post mine (with a broken motor) in the for sale forum.

I ended up getting it working. I ended up keeping the cover plate off and hooking it back up to the truck to make sure my wiring was right and of course it wasn't, so a few changes at the relays and it's good to go. Now now to extend the breathers.
