No Hazard or Turn Signals in the front

    Hello, I need help with turn signal lights on 2001 Tacoma
    The fuse is good. Install new relay, bulb's get power when lights on.( one was bad).
    When I push hazard button only the rear lights blink normal speed.
    When I use turn signal only the rear lights work and it blink's faster then normal.
    Please someone help, I am out of ideas.

    Just install new turn signal assembly by the steering wheel, still don't work.
    I definitely need some advice.

    My son just tald me that two days ago he used my truck and the dashboard was blinking fast but the turn signals were working properly allway around.
    Very confusing, maybe ECU?
