    Why are you blowing hoses?

Is the compressor not shutting off when it reaches cut out pressure.?

You pressure sensor that tells the relay to open doesn't sound like it's functional.

Compressors are dumb. They will keep pumping as long as the clutch is engaged. Why is the clutch not opening up.

Get these questions answered and report what you find.

Please get back to us. I love a good mistery.

Got it. You mean you blew the system out with compressed air or nitrogen?

Are you pulling a vacuum with a vacuum pump after that?

If not, you will have issues like you listed.

I am guessing your working on the 99 ??

Let me back up just how did you get to this point AC just quit working or it never worked and you decided to try to make it work?

I have seen strange things is it possible the system sat open to the air to the point the Evap coil is just corroded and is now blocked?

Just what kind of numbers are you getting high and low are quite vague .

The more we know the better we can help

It worked fine and then all of a sudden it didn’t.. and my low side is like 350 and my high side is like 70.. After I put four different compressors on it I took it to a good mechanic I know he’s had it for a week and changed every single part except the lines.. that’s next but had to order them they were hard to find.
