If not at work I’m at the ball park. I spend so much time at the park it’s my second home/garage. I’ve added accessories to my truck at the park while waiting for practice to end. I even added these CaliRaised fog lights at the park. I put an extra 500 miles a month due to travel ball.

So do we have a lot of travel baseball “Tacoma Uber parents” out there?

Both my children played soccer up through college. Youngest graduated last year. Twenty years of travel. Longest road trip for soccer was 2900 miles playing five games in seven days. Yeah we lived in our vehicle for many years.

I’m another guy who misses those days a lot. You’ll be sad when they’re over.

We're still deep in travel soccer for our daughter. The Taco is the wagon of choice... except for longer distance drives, then we take the wifes car.

We spent years traveling around the southeast for competitive soccer and cheerleading. They were great times but I'm glad its over. Having weekends and evenings back are real nice. I waited until the kids were older and didn't need rides before I got my truck. We are down 2 kids and 1 to go, a 17yo. My goal is to have the nest completely empty before I turn 40.

Great memories have been made coaching the boy each summer, we just finished our last year in Babe Ruth, not sure what baseball we will be involved with next spring, but I wouldn’t trade all the dumb parents and stupid politics that I dealt with. Kids playing Baseball keeps my heart young.
