found a power steering leak

    found a leak today while doing an oil change with this rack and piñon only being 4 months old what should I tell the shop who did it?

    I'd start by asking wtf happened to that bushing. Depending on where they got the rack from, it may not be the shop fault that it's leaking, it may just be a junk part, but judging by the state of that bushing, the shop is probably responsible.
