Have contest to see who can split the most. Charge $20 entry fee. Bam, wood split and beer money for the contestants!

 

Drill a hole in the center and put a M1000 in them.

Hint.... dont try going for the center, work the outer edge. Also, put 1 on top of another round, ground is absorbing the hitting force.

I split a lot of wood growing but I’ve lost the the touch... 25 yrs later.

I started by stacking rounds but the angles were weird. Couldn’t get a good swing. I’ll have to re-think that.

Every round I go through I’m getting better at reading it. Luckily this will probably be the last wood I have to split below my house (had a tree fall down in my yard last Fall).

Looking forward to wood heat this winter!

 

Mine does this every once in a while too, but only when I have an iPod plugged in.

 

I'll have to give some of those ideas a shot. The 1/4" irrigation line seems maybe the easiest, and I've already got all the supplies.

Picture this:

• Kid's birthday party (my friend's kid)
• About 20 adults and an army of kids
• Apple just came out with AppleTV screen mirroring
• Buddy who's hosting the party has been pounding beers since 9am
• It was now 3PM, time for some indoor activities as it was hot AF outside
• All eyes on the TV to show off this "new mirroring" feature
• Buddy starts showing off fishing pics, then vacation pics, etc
• Someone asks him to Google something
• Opens browser
• /end of his life

Some kids knew, most didn't - but they were laser focused. All the moms ran to their kids. Dads holding their beers and kept watching.

Total chaos. Still one of the best things I've ever seen happen in front of my eyes. I touched myself a little.

 

Had an old room mate that insisted on connecting his bluetooth speaker to my phone after I went to my room. Bet you can guess what he heard a few times...

 

Maybe have a "Fab a Log Splitter Day" and make one of these.

The other reason you see a doctor is that they typically cover you 3x the face value of the cost of medical expenses.

If seeing a doctor costs 100 bucks (regardless if you have a co-pay), they pay you 300.

If getting an xray costs 500, you get 1500, and so forth.

This is also to compensate you for the time spent to see a medical professional in case you need to hire a baby sitter or lose out on work when you seek medical services.

I got the exhaust wrapped when I did the re-route for skids, but took off the wrap because some on the people on the forum said it will rust the pipes faster or something like that.
