Drunken Mistake

    Well this past Saturday I was working around the house doing yard work and such. It was hot as Hell so yea I was having me a few beers while I was working. When I was done I thought hey its a couple hours before dark and I have a light bar in my back seat that's been there for six months because I haven't had the time to install it and the fact that I really don't want to cut the lower bumper grill out. But after 10 or 12 beers I talked myself into it. Ok now I need something to cut it with. First thought was Sawzall but thought that might be over kill. I found a hacksaw blade. Just the blade without handle. Yea this will work. Chugged down number 13 and went to work on that poor innocent lower grill. Got it all cut out and installed my brackets and 31" light bar. Started to rain so I had to stop before I had a chance to install wire harness. Sunday morning I walk out there to check my work and OMG. I butchered the grill. Scratches every where. What can I do to fix this. Maybe water sand and put some kind of product on it. Don't Mod and Drink. Not to much anyway.

    Maybe sand and color match it to the truck?

    I thought about that. A few strips of that blue painters tape and it would have never happened. Damn it man. I know better.

    wow, luckily you wasn't working with a power tool after 13 beers. Sand the valence, tape off the lightbar and bumper, then rattle can it with satin black krylon paint made for plastics.
