Oh the swirls are there. May not be as noticeable with white. Pull that baby in the sun for the truth.

After I wash it tomorrow I'll go over it with a fine tooth comb and find what imperfections it has.

Fluorescent lights at night are good for swirl spotting. Like at a gas station under the canopy or parked off to the side. You kinda get down low by the hood and look at the light reflections. If you've ever touched your paint with a towel, you probably have swirls. But they're much harder to see on light colors (white, silver, etc).

I washed my truck once and only dried the roof with a microfiber towel (straight lines , no circles). It starting raining so I could do no more.

Wasn't able to try out my new Griot's DA and pads. I got the 5" backing plate and 5.5" pads.
Hopefully I can try it out this Saturday. I'll be doing a small test section on the roof.
I looked at it closely again in the shade and did not see any swirls. I can have a better look once I get the truck inside. The paint is just too bright when in the sun. I now know why they call it "super white".

Good luck. By the way, you won’t see swirls in the shade. Walk around the truck looking from different angles instead of directly on with the sun. I have to do the same with our super white 4Runner.

Can confirm, you really can't look directly at it with the sun out. I know mine has swirls here and there but they are really tough to spot. I wouldn't even bother using a polisher on it for correction. But for the eventual oxidization from single stage white and overall cleaning (exfoliating as Apex Detail calls it) the paint. It will just help a sealant/coating to bond more effectively.
