Eibach pro truck lift kit stage 1 3rd gen

I am planning on buying the Eibach pro truck stage 1 lift kit for the 3rd gen. Just wondering if anyone has has any experience with it. If so what are the pros and cons vs. a more expensive set up? I am also planning to go with the OME leaf packs for the rear. I am hoping that this will level out the truck because I have a steel bumper on the rear that is pretty heavy.
