    Has anyone had issues with the bed cap "bowing?" I thought it was a result of my tonneau cover, but am not sure now. Thoughts?

    Yes, it is held down by a bunch of tabs. They are very easy to remove. Start up by the cab and pull and one corner. Once you get the first tab up it is easy from there. I'd remove the whole thing and see whats going on.
