Is there a go-to online source for genuine Toyota parts?

    Thanks!

Make sure you call to confirm a part as there are a bunch of OEM parts for the 2nd gen that have suddenly been discontinued, including parts for the 2015s. The pump specifically was showing NLA the other day but also try using the part number for your year, see if that number shows fitment for a 2015, and then try to fool the catalog. Sometimes that works, sometimes not.

I've used Lowe Toyota in GA with great results for online purchases on OE parts. But it depends on where you are- try and find someone that's not 2000 miles away. I have been majorly burned by Toyota Parts Deal and wouldn't recommend them.

that seems odd, By Law auto manufactures are required to make parts for cars for 10 years, so every part for a 2015 *should* be available up until 2025

I started seeing this when looking for some specific parts and spoke with Amanda at Camelback who told me there was a sudden discontinuance of a number of things like the steering column cover trim pieces and other things even on the late models. I can't go through all the parts obviously but here is a sample of some steering components for a 2015 Tacoma. Notice seven of such parts on the top of the page. https://toyotaparts.bochtoyotasouth...0l-v6-gas/steering--steering-gear-and-linkage

....also scroll down the page and look at the price column to see that inner tie rods have also been "discontinued".
