Where to buy 3rd Gen OEM tonneau online? (no luck in search function)

Hi folks,

I'm helping my friend, who just picked up an Access cab 3rd gen, outfit it with a factory/OEM tonneau. But I must be blind and have terrible search skills because I can't find it anywhere online from retailers (not secondhand, Craigslist, etc.). It's not even listed in the Toyota accessories book/PDF. I'm kind of befuddled here. Is there not one OEM tonneau, and dealerships just put on whichever third party they wish?

Can anyone point me in the right direction please? Links/URLs would be even better.

 

The last I heard that was an item that had to be ordered with the original vehicle. Some folks take their factory tonneau and sell them but you have to make sure to get ALL of the hardware. I understand you can't even get replacement hardware anywhere. I can't begin to understand why Toyota won't sell the entire cover or even the parts separately.
