    Maybe? I kinda go thru “spells” every month or two where I have a hard time or can’t sleep for 1 to sometimes 3 or 4 nights. It use to be really bad when I was a teen. Can’t really find anything that helps. Usually if I’m still up around 5 or 6am I just try and stay awake all day.
