All washed up from the last outing. Won’t see trails for a few months. Another baby on the way! She’s covered in pinstripes but das ok! Walking past it to get into the house my son exclaimed “WHAT HAPPENED TO DADDYS TRUCK?!?!” As he saw it literally covered in dirty scratches.

Finished up putting some random tools and fishing gear in my homemade bed box. Then washed the truck and applied RainX on the windshield. Waxed the bed so far. By far though, my favorite thing I have done is clean the inside of the windshield. I'm amazed how a nice clean windshiled (interior and exterior) can affect your happyness of driving!

    Finally washed her completely.
Never mind if she will be covered with dust in a few days

Finally got around to installing bed lights. Finished this up last night, also installed a pin switch on the tailgate to turn them on.

The same shit everyone else has.
Added 2 Velcro straps to my fire extinguisher just for good measure.

    upload_2019-7-18_16-9-2.jpg

Also, impressed how much less bindy my steering is. I bought a new intermediate shaft as those are a common wear item because I figured it was my issue.

I flushed the 133k mile fluid 2 days ago and it’s smooth as can be now. Not sure if the fluid actually made that much of a difference or if it’s all mental.

Either way, highly recommend checking/flushing you PS system if you’re experiencing any steering bind.

Still plan on replacing the intermediate shaft because I have it.

Installed some new OEM 05-08 tails and a third brake light because I got tired of the DEPO ricer ones.
Also replaced license plate LEDs because they were flickering and a new stubby antenna.

Next thing I need to do is color match my bumper.

Slapped some new 285/70/17 BFG KM3's on the truck! Absolutely love them, so quite & smooth.

No rubbing with my Pro Rims & 3" icon lift with SPC UCAs
