That trip looks like so much fun! I just went on my first trip to Tennessee a couple weekends ago. Went to Adventure offroad park. I was watching part 1 of the videos and was wondering which awning you guys have?? It looks like an umbrella shape and covers a lot of space!

Awesome! That awning is a Foxwing. The result of a collaborative design between Rhino Rack and OzTent. Its been a very reliable piece of gear and one of the original mods we ever added to the Tacoma. Can't say enough good things about it. CVT also has a 270 degree awning too that I've heard wonderful things about. Cheers!

The CVT fan out awning is good, gives a nice amount of space. Plus you get the walls with it.

That campsite is on the Del Rio to Mortimer route on the website. Its a special place for sure! Email us and I'll share some more details. Thanks Marty!

With the walls is a huge plus. The walls for the Foxwing are pricey. I scored a couple on sale and can honestly say walls are a must. Walls really help you bunker down when the weather turns fowl.

I recognize that street corner...King St & Grand Blvd! I lived in a stone house up Grand that I believe was owned by David Watson, Doc Watson's brother. As much as it's changed over the past few decades, Boone and the surrounding communities are still a slice of heaven on earth.
