    Just so everyone knows PMS are the very best way to get a hold of me. Not all other methods are as effective. The @HeadStrong Off-Road tags and the writing on our vendor and profile pages get logged as alerts. The PM's go right to my email which I am logged into my email all day at work. The alerts do not go to my email so unless I am looking at TW at that moment they can get buried.

    We tried to simplify things. We have seen other companies offer a standing discount like 5% off but their prices (in many cases) are still higher then our everyday price. Plus a lot of MFGs have implemented MAP pricing in which coupon codes are a direct violation. Which in short to stay in good standing with MFG's and to make things less complicated we implemented free shipping and have reduced costs where ever possible. That isn't to say that somethings can be discounted more but that is better handled via PM.
