    I have FB but only ever use it on the computer, no apps or anything on my phone. I always get them through instagram but I think FB bought out instagram soooo there's that...

    For a couple of hours then pull them, apple juice spray butt and wrap it for ~3 hours. Bark is coming along nicely at 280°

    I found a deal I couldn’t pass up on a smoker with good reviews on Prime Day so I hope to be posting up some pics of smoked goodness soon as I figure out what I’m doing. Waiting on the smoker to be delivered today.

    From what I read Step 1 is to season the smoker. Depending on what time it arrives that’s happening tonight or tomorrow. Seems pretty straight-forward.

    I went with the
    $150 Cuisinart COS-118 , Vertical Charcoal Smoker, 18"
    Cuisinart COS-118 18” Charcoal Smoker. Definitely not the Cadillac of smokers but hopefully something good to learn on.
