That CVT RTT in camo is pretty awesome looking. Do they still make that or have that as an option available?

So, I've been very busy at work and with life so this whole thing has been on the back burner.

That being said, I'm working currently on the following things:
    • Cheap aluminum Tailgate skin - I know these have been done to death, but I want a new one for myself and figured since I have to order the material I should see if anyone else wants one.
      • I'm also pricing out a stainless option, because i'm curious haha
    • Bed Rail Bike Mounts (softopper compatible) - I have an old steel prototype, that I'm doing a redesign on.
    • 2nd Gen DCLB softopper rack - I only have to make a few tweaks to my short bed version, and add an additional support and it'll be good to go
    • I'm collaborating with another mystery company to design some little parts for them, and subsequently i'll be testing them out as well if all goes as planned.
I made a good attempt at bumpers, but because it's so labor intensive it's not cost effective (yet)

Is there anything you folks want me to design for your truck?

I've had one of those designed for a couple years, but unless I weld it or have someone weld it it's not very cost effective.

Rigd and Wilco make ones, and I know exactly why they charge so much!

Maybe I should just see how it could go as a weld it together kit, or maybe redesign it as a bolt on kit!

I'll likely run a small batch group buy. IDK how expensive it will be to ship, but we'll see when we get there!

hahaha yeah we do! and not a chance! Not until I build something else, but I love the softopper for its convenience and lightweight dry storage space!

    **Tailgate Skin Update**

So, I've priced out the tailgate skin, and in .125" Aluminum and the cost to cut out on the waterjet It's looking like I'll have to charge around $100.

I'm trying to source the same materials from different suppliers, because I'd love to be down closer to $80 bucks, but I don't know that that's realistic.

I'll keep everyone updated as I get some more information! If I can get the price down a bit more, I'll start a Group Buy interest thread!

I haven't measured a third gen yet, but I'm thinking the top of the bed sides to the center of the bed rail could be different. (A slotted hole which I already have could make this difference up)

That, and the top of the bed rail, to the roof might be a different distance as well.
