Problem solved! Ended up being that nasty fuse box! Put everything back together she starts fine and runs great! Could have saved about 20 hrs of work had I started at the fuse box but I learned a lot in the process. Thank you too everybody who posted on this subject!

There ya go. Glad you got it working. It's always the corrosion that kills electronics.

What exactly was the problem with the fuses?

Check out his pic in post 17, that's the bottom side of a fuse box. It's all corroded and crap and the circuits will work off and on he notices. I've had a couple contacts loosen over the years on bottom of fuse box and give me intermittent starting problems. You dealing with a particular issue?

Can’t remember if I posted this or not but the fuse box under the dash was basically shorting out in a couple spots from all The corrosion.
I also replaced the contacts on the Toyota factory starter those where toast. Been driving her everyday since this thread and haven’t had a single problem other then normal maintenance. I love my Yota

I've run into that same corrosion under the fuse box on two 80 series Cruisers and one 100 series Cruiser giving a no crank condition. The very first time to find it on an 96 LX450 (fancy Land Cruiser) took about two weeks. Spent a week going through wire loom after wire loom in trouble spots, like by high heat-the exhaust manifold, etc..... Finally pulled the fuse box two weeks after the problem happened and found that. Now I know that's a possibility so was quick to find on next two times.

I wouldn't say lazy question, usually ends up being a miscommunication or misunderstanding and on this forum most folks are really cool and rarely intend or take stuff personally. So keep up the good work, most don't even want to look or check into anything themselves
