I have my RTT on a 10” KB Voodoo rack and I use my annex with it. The annex is just too low so I want to raise the tent. I emailed Chad and he said to buy the components needed to change from 10” to 18” (the vertical corner pieces, and the horizontal braces and they’re shorter on the 18” height) would be $350 plus shipping.

If anyone has an 18” rack and wants to go lower we could trade. Long or short bed shouldn’t matter. My rack is like new and doesn’t show any rust. Just throwing this out there to see if anyone is interested. I’d prefer to not take up space on my roof rack with the tent. CVT told me some people take their annex to an upholstery shop and have them shorten it, but I’m not sure I want to go that route yet.

I have the tall long bed if you want to trade. I got the tall for the annex but have yet to actually use the annex. So I want a lower profile.

Where are you located? Long and short doesn't matter, it's just the vertical supports and the pieces that run left to right that are different between the heights.

I absolutely hate using the annex because its a major pain to take apart and pack up. But when we bring the dog it's where he sleeps because he's too big to lift into the tent. When we leave him home we never think of touching the annex.

I am an hour South of DC. I just ordered C4 bars, but if you want to swap I can try and cancel that order and we either meet halfway or see what it costs to ship.

I’m 5+ hours from DC. Halfway for me would be about Trenton NJ. Shipping is probably going to be pretty expensive.
