Who is into cord cutting?

Anyone with any experience with Orby TV?

Satellite service (Like Dish or DirecTV), but only $40 or $50 per month depending on plan, with all fees included.

Receivers relatively expensive at Best Buy, at $100 for receiver, or $200 for DVR, but you would own the equipment without any rental fees.

Cord cut years ago. Use Sling for most cable type channels. Like others we have Netflix, Prime and Hulu. We share Netflix with my kids. All runs thru Roku devices.

Compatible with Firestick, Fire TV, Android and Apple Devices. Stupid me went w Roku a couple of years ago but I’m willing to switch if it’s as good as advertised.

 

I have a pretty wicked plex server. PM me for details/invite. I can handle a decent amount of users.

 

Living in rural America sucks for these types of services. I checked for my local channels on the Orby website and I get 4 PBS channels, thats it. It’s the same station but ##.1 thru ##.4...

I used to have DirectTV which is now ATT it was the best for me at the time, by far had the best quality compared to sling.

We went to Sling TV about a year ago, wish we would have done it long before then!

 

Amazon has a OTA DVR that's one generation away from me purchasing one. Once that hits the streets, I'm dropping my current cable TV. I've already bought the strongest OTA antenna I could find, so I'm almost there...
