I'm getting a weird fluttering sound that appears to be coming from the driver's footwell or maybe the front driver's tire only at full/high throttle on curvy roads. Mostly at 20-30 mph on tight mountain roads (good pavement) where I'm having to power out of a switchback every 30 seconds.

I checked all the front end suspension bolts and skidplate bolts, everything is tight. If I press on the clutch pedal ever so lightly (basically, resting the weight of my foot on it -- which I don't normally do cuz that would be wrong), the sound goes away most of the time. No weird sounds on flatter ground even when driving hard and rowing through the gears.

Anyone else experience this? It's been happening for about six months now, but rarely encountered since I'm not in the mountains every day.

It's definitely not a traction issue. This is dry, smooth pavement and I'm moderating the throttle in the curve, then going full throttle as it straightens out. No lights on the dash from VSC/TC activation and no clicking from the ABS system -- I know what that looks/feels like.
