They don't work for me. If you have a 2019 TRD OR, they may not work for you either. Never got a reply on why the inside sets off level.

From Manufacturer: Square body with contour cutout to match the shape of the rear front seat anchor brackets. Better and more secure coverage than simple store bought round spacers. Raises the rear brackets almost 1". Makes the seat more level to minimize back and leg issues which has plagued the Tacoma. Definitely an improvement in seating comfort. Sits more like a truck and less like a Camry. Initially made for 3rd gen. Now proven to fit 2nd gen trucks. These are made from 6061 grade aluminum and include free required grade 10.9 longer flange bolts and free Priority shipping. I am a one man operation so I will shift focus to my license plate bracket production for the rest of this week. Then I will shift gears back to seat risers. I should have plenty of inventory of all products in the first week of April. PM for info. Accepting PayPal exclusively. Same course brushed aluminum finish, as my license plate brackets, and ready for painting. Thanks for looking.

DISCLAIMER (legal): The quality and strength of materials is excellent, however, you are changing your seat configuration at your own risk. I use these in my personal vehicle at my own risk. The included bolts have a 150,000 psi tensile strength which are incredibly strong.

I'm selling for $55 and that includes shipping - lower 48, more for HI, AK, GU, PR, and VI.

4 block and 4 bolts. Like new. PayPal only.

I sent you a pm. I am surprised that this is the only fitment issue in over 150 pair made. If this is not sold I will gladly buy them. It is entirely possible that an issue was missed on 1 piece but extremely unlikely something was missed on a set of 4. There are several already installed without issue on the 2019 trucks. The only fitment issue to date was caused by weld blocking a bolt hole from sliders welded under the truck creating a gap between the bolt head and the top of the bracket. That was easily resolved. I apologize for any issue and would appreciate direct contact for any issues on any of my products. I do offer returns. This may not be clearly stated on TW but it is my policy clearly stated on eBay. Until I receive feedback on this one issue I am completely stumped. I strive to maintain quality control during every process but, as a one man show, anything is possible. I am purchasing a new cnc machine to eliminate the potential of any machining mistakes in the future on this and all current and not yet released new products.
The design of these provides a resting point for the radius of the bracket to rest against the radius of the spacer. The only thing that I can think of is that, if a hole was drilled slightly out of location, the bracket would rest on top of the step behind the radius instead of below the step in the radius. That would indeed cause one bracket to sit off level.
