I will be having my leaking rear differential repaired for the 2nd time under warranty. The first time was with the recall 2 years ago. Has anyone else had it fixed a second time and did that fix the issue once and for all? Also, should I expect to be in a rental for 60 days like I did last time? Any info is greatly appreciated. I take the truck in July 29th.

So, your first repair was the whole thing with gasket, studs etc? Not just the "re-torqing"?

Sucks you have to do it again, but maybe you won't have to wait for parts this time.

Yes I can confirm it was the gasket, bolts, etc. the first time. Took forever to get the parts in.
