I recently saw something on YouTube about a master cylinder recall for the 2018 Toyota Tacoma Double Cab TRD Sport. I didn’t see that recall pop up in the last couple of months. Does anyone know what this is about and how to confirm whether it is affecting my vehicle? I think I am affected by the radar recall because my truck was sending false alarms about phantom vehicles in front of me on the freeway (cautioning me to brake). But so far I don’t think I have experienced any brake or booster issues.

Go to Toyotaowners.com and check your VIN.
Its not a big deal, I had mine done. If you are the original owner you should have gotten a letter about it.

I got the recall letter by mail. I think it doesn't matter what year the truck is, but more of the assembled item used on the truck, so the manufacturer doing a clean sweep to fix the improper assembly.

I did the brake cylinder first before receiving the Rader recall, but at least you're able to get it done together.
