Morning all, severe storms blew through yesterday and last night. We still have power, thankfully. Storms brought in some cooler air , in the 80’s. Forecast is for cooler weather finally.

Good morning. Not sure what's going on. The volunteers for whom we have the solar array think they're having problems but aren't sure. They do have one battery that's only charging to 10v while all the others are going up to 13+ and the system is staying within parameters but there's a couple different lights showing yellow. My pla was to take a new battery up tomorrow but then they texted me last night and said they lost power from the system and went to their 2k gen. Then texted me back and said they now have power off the system. So not sure if I'm going up today or not. I still have to go tomorrow regardless after Interstate Batteries opens, so trying to hold off till tomorrow. So I guess I'll just drink coffee till I get a text back letting me know what is going on.

    Morning all

    Plumber was here all day

    2 trips to home depot.

Cement is uneven around the drain and despite a lot of jackhammering, it is still uneven.

But we have a working toilet

Just got a text. They ran the big generator all night to keep the batteries up and everything is normal (when the sun isn't shining and you draw power from the batteries you need to replentish them with a generator if you are not on grid. This is a stand alone system). So back to the original plan, grab a new battery tomorrow, drive an hour and a half, check all batteries, change out bad one, check system components, grab bad battery, come home.

    Good Morning All

After storms went through yesterday we didn't have to run air conditioning, felt nice.
Neighbors got home from Las Vegas and they took us out to eat last night, thanking us for watching their animals.
My 25 year anniversary with work is coming up and I get to pick out a gift. Really dont need any of the Milwaukee or Dewalt tools that are being offered. Thinking I might get this grill.

I was looking at that one but decided the health inspector may not pass my inspection because they don't have a stainless surface, just a stainless base (option you can order). But now that I do have a stainless surface I think it's going to be too small for the business....anyway, I still haven't fired mine up yet. I don't think you can go wrong with it. Almost everything I've read and with the testimony of Kevin and Maner, just those 2 guys alone is enough to convince me.
