What Have You Done To Your 2nd Gen Tacoma Today?

So i have been wanting to replace my shift knob. I like that grey trd 6 speed one. I saw someone in here installed one. Some places i looked said it wont fit my truck, others said it would. Will it fit a 2006 4.0?

My other question is dont they make console replacements? Not ones that go into the arm rest but the stupid 3 drink holder. I just looked through ll of Amazons 2nd gen tacoma accessories and swear i only saw ones for the arm rest console..

 

I believe I would lock it in a garage for that day from now on

Knocked this out yesterday. Notched BAMF LCA skids. They were binding up on the Marlin Crawler HD LCA braces at full droop. If you have the braces, check your LCA skids, they might bind up. Glad I have both products.

Not the same thing

 

Replaced the front sway bar bushings with poly.

I started on replacing the steering intermediate shaft. Got all the bolts out. Upper spline joint is frozen solid. Now I need to figure out how to separate this fuckin thing.

 

Today I finally replaced my total chaos uniball it was driving me crazy. And in the process I took the center caps off my fuel hostage wheels and decided to keep them a while longer . But then again looking at scs ray 10 thoughts ?

 

I moved the breather from the front of the bed storage compartment to rear side of the compartment so that the hose was a little more protected and attached the hose to brake line mounts so it can flex and move like the brake lines. What you guys think?
