    Here are some tips guys.

    1. Be more accessible. I had to post on this public forum multiple times after repeatedly calling and emailing wondering where my items were after a month of waiting. It appeared that my order was left on the back burner and somehow lost. After finally receiving a reply saying my items were shipped after a month, I was still missing one item. I have yet to receive it. A little communication goes a long way.

    2. Include simple directions, guides, tips, photos with items. The tailgate reinforcement hardware is a bag of nuts and bolts that have no indication of what there are intended for. There are some that don’t even apply. This kit is, quite frankly, garbage. I regret drilling out my mounting holes to accommodate it and I regret spending 20 dollars on it. You guys should make a hardware kit that looks aesthetically pleasing because I preferred the big round black OEM bolts better. I do not believe this hardware is, in any way, helping reinforce the tailgate. As a matter of fact, some of the bolts popped right out after installing, and I used the recommended sized bit. The provided washers are not sized correctly. This is amateur stuff. I only bought the kit because I had heard good things about you guys and figured it would be a quality product that is easy to install but that was not the case. I could have spent less and got better hardware at the local hardware store. This kit is completely unnecessary.

All-in-all, I had a terrible experience purchasing from Mobtown and would not recommend unless you’re serious about improvements and take it seriously. I’m always willing to give a second chance. Step it up, guys.

I have bought some items from Mobtown in the past such as the tailgate reinforcement cover to try them out. Very nice craftsmanship! However, one thing I will say is that their communication is sub par. Send them an email and you MIGHT get a 4 word reply in 5 days if you are lucky. Frustrating when they have already taken your money and cant provide a shipping estimate after you have been waiting almost six weeks for a gas tank skid. I have spent hundreds of dollars with Eddy at SOS Offroad Concepts and Jerry at BAMF. Awesome communication and issues were always resolved quickly. Here's another example. I sent an email to Victory 4x4 inquiring into some LCA skids. Got a detailed response in less than 2 hours with a firm shipment date.

I have been emailing and calling the number on the website for two weeks and can't get a response. Kinda frustrating.

I already put down some money so I'm locked in. I just need to tweak my order. I wonder if they have a secretary at this point to handle office work.

They don't have a secretary so replies are usually short and delayed. Their products are great quality, yes they might be missing instructions and it would be helpful to put together some online but most of it is easy to figure out once you're installing. Maybe @EatSleepTacos can check on your order?
