I'm looking to get some extra keys made. Not the FOB, just the key. Are these the type with a chip in them? Or do I just need to get the keys cut?

Most likely Chip - The "H" chip series is in the 2015-17's so likely in the 19s from your profile.

I had a key made for $6Cdn that only opens doors and tailgate but will not start the truck. Another key that will open doors and operate the ignition to run the truck was $110Cdn (manual trans with no push button start). This second key was programmed by a locksmith but does not open doors remotely.

The first key I have stashed in the hitch receiver in a Hitch Vault with combo locking hitch receiver pin. The second key for starting the truck is hidden inside the truck.

FYI, it's not a great idea to post photos of your keys online (assuming that's your key). They can be duplicated from photos.

You can get H key blanks online and have someone cut it for you. If you want it to start the truck the chip will also need to be programmed to the truck. I got and H key cut and programmed it myself with TechStream.
