    I have 700 lbs on my ADS and it’s not jarring or still at all. I have skids up front and sliders but other members have stated that 700 isn’t harsh at all.

    Yep, that's how I run them. My off roading mostly consists of moving pretty fast from point A to point B. I encounter much harder hits to the suspension off road than I do on. Dialing them down for pavement leaves me with a plenty decent ride, yet still have the ability to soak up big bumps off road by dialing the adjusters up.
