Tacoma TRD pro 2017 wiring question

I have a TRD pro 2017 and a squirrel ate couple wires on the right side between the battery and the headlight. I was able to solder the white wires and fix and solder the red wire in the middle but I can figure out where the Bleu wire in the middle of the picture needs to go. The car is now taking forever to start and sometimes it doesnt start from the first atempt. Can someone please help me figure out where i need to connect the smal blue wire coming from the fuse box (see picture)? Thank you

 

All my blue wires go into those three black round thingys taped to the harness...don’t have any better access sorry bro. I got a 17 OR with premium and tech package same as the pro.

 

Those are the same as the blue ones I have at the bottom of the picture i shared. The one I am trying to figure out where it goes is the solo wire between the red and the green cables. Anyways,Thanks for your help
