hey everyone, new to this but here it goes.

Has anyone ever experienced their rear drum brake/brakes making a orations noise below 20km/h when coming to a stop? Almost sounds like a scraping or crunching sound.
Dealer has taken a look and said that it’s the drum brakes not being “fully round”.
Trucks one year old with +\- 30,000km (approx 18,500 miles)
They have ordered replacement drums (surprising they don’t have any on hand considering their size and volume) and will be changing them out once they arrive under warranty.

Any thoughts? Anyone experienced the same?
