    Fox and Icon Suspension upgrade
Finally got my Suspension installed and adjusted so I decided to start a build thread. I have lots of ideas but much of the project is still to be decided. Here is the truck post lift:

I used Fox adjustable coilovers with Icon tubular UCAs on the front and Fox adjustable shocks with an Icon leaf set on the back. This choice will allow me to adjust lift as I add weight or change the tires. I purchased my lift as a kit from Accutune and they were very easy to work with and very helpful with my 'idiot' questions.

    Accutune Fox 4A Kit

The way I have it currently set up, there is about 2" lift on the front plus it's level and there is about 2.5" on the back, (Unloaded).

As of now, this is the current plan:

    Done:
    • Change interior lights to LED
    • Upgrade Suspension
    • Relocate rearview mirror
    • Add RAM mount to mirror bock for phone
    • Change rear taillights to LED
    • Roof Rack with LED light bar
    • repair and paint a couple of small rusted spots in the engine bay
    • change power steering pump
    In process:

    • Sliders - to be painted this week
    • Major Audio upgrade project

    Want to do:
    • Upgrade headlights and fogs
    • Bigger tires with 16" rims
    • Locking diff
    • Sound Suppress the cabin
    • Major Audio Upgrade
    • Bed light
    • Back up Camera
    • Better backup lighting
    • Heated mirrors
    • Hidden kill switch
    • MAYBE a bedrack and Roof Top Tent
    • MAYBE a topper
    • On-Board Compressor
    • Second Battery
    • Underside full armor
    • A slide out bed kitchen
    • DIY rooftop tent
I do lots of reading on here but am totally open to ideas/suggestions in this thread. I also have a thread on the soundproofing/audio project as that is the next one on the list.

    Thanks for looking

    Added the roof rack:

I will do a review of the rack once I get the light wired. Can anybody tell me what this connector is called? I would like to re-terminate one of the wires and want a fresh end to do it.

I have done a few more things to the truck:

1.) Found the source of the 'shudder' in the rear that has been present when cold since I got my rear axle seals changed. The limited slip diff on the sport requires an additive in the diff lubrication. I changed fluid WITH the additive and the problem instantly disappeared. Apparently the shop hadn't put it in.

2.) I ordered all the supplies for phase one of a major audio upgrade that I am going to start this weekend. I had a set budget which I ended up blowing out of the water when I saw two options with alpine that I decided I had to have. Here is the project as currently planned.

    - Phase 1: (starts this weekend, pics to follow)
    - - - New head unit from Alpine:
    - - - New JBL front door speakers and tweeters:
    - - - New JBL Rear door speakers:
    - - - Alpine Truck Accessory Controller: Allows you to control 8 accessories from your head unit like winch, compressor, lights, etc. This seemed much cleaner to me than adding another switch bank somewhere.
    - - - Alpine 3 camera control module: I will have backup with active parking lines, front, and will put the 'side' camera in the bed/topper as I am always worrying about my loads shifting.
    - - - Maestro interface module:
    - - - Soundproofing for the doors using a combo of Kilmat and this 10mm insulator from eBay. Feedback welcome until this weekend from those of you who know what you are doing. Once it's done... My intention is to use the Kilmat on the exterior panel and line the interior panel with the foam insulation, foil side out.

    - Phase 2: (this winter when I have time)
    - - - Soundproof floor, ceiling, firewall, and hood
    - - - Add two 8" subs under the rear seats
    - - - Add a moderate amp to power the subs and boost the door speakers

3.) Bought a used cap that I will need to paint. (which is a skill I wanted to learn anyway.)
