2017 Tacoma black

i recently purchased custom wheels for my truck. I made a mistake when I ordered tires for the wheels . I ordered 245/70/r16
instead of 245/75/r16. I see a minor difference in speedometer reading. I’m just wondering if there’s anything else I should be aware of. I think the truck might look a little lower which might be good. Stock tires and wheels will go back on in the fall. Thx
