Old Yakima rack to bed rack system.

Picked up my SR yesterday and i have this old rack system from my last vehicle. I had planned on selling it on craigslist but it would be nice if i could get an adapter for the bed track and have more useable space. I have seen it on pictures online but no information on what the adaptor is. Here is what i have. Im sure i can sell the wind fairing and the shorter bars. Can anyone help me out with finding what i need?

 

Yakima Bed Rock bed system... but you'll have to get longer crossbars like 60"+.. so that's like an extra $300.

Im just going to go with a new setup. Yakima doesnt have anything i want that can fit a roll up Tonnau cover below it.
