    2019 Quicksand Tacoma TRD Off-Road
    Hi Everyone,
    Just bought my first Toyota truck, a 2019 Off-Road Double Cab with 5ft bed. Lots to learn. TacomaWorld looks like a great source of information and help. I'm not a serious off roader, but I have use for 4WD often with my work and hobbies. I do volunteer work for one of the nearby National Forests that sometimes takes me on rough fire roads, etc. I also do photographic projects that often involves "badlands" type environments. I'm old, which sucks, so I suspect this Tacoma may indeed last a lifetime :). I bought the Tacoma to replace my Xterra Pro-4X which served me well and is now in the hands of a good friend. Prior to the Xterra, I had an old Series IIA Land Rover and military trailer. I owned that rig for 42 years (bought it new when I was just a young ranger). I'm probably not going to do any extensive mods, but would like to add a low profile front bumper with recovery shackles (and possibly a place to mount some lights). My truck has the TSS radar sensor, so I'm not sure what will really work at this point. I saw on the web a "streamline" front bumper form SOS Concepts that looks like a possibility.
