Free Online Doc For MANY Makes/Models

Wasn't sure where to put this - Technical Chat seemed as good as any here.

There are countless threads at TW that point to Factory Service Manual doc for the 2nd Gen Tacoma and 1st Gen FSM Doc is available at the Way Back site. What I present here can be used for MANY different Makes/Models, including the Toyota's discussed at TW.

Chiltons Online Car Repair Doc - available at the Roswell New Mexico Public Library.

The quality of this online Chiltons material exceeds what you see in the paper back books that are designed to cover several models of a make of car in just a few hundred pages. For those of you who need FSM material beyond what you can find at TW - this may help. It's helped me a lot with other makes of automobiles.

Once inside the Roswell NM WEB site - select -> Chilton Library - midway down the screen - you may have to scroll for it.

At the next screen - select -> ChiltonLibrary.com

New Mexico residents should be able to use their town/zipcode as a login. I don't live in NM. Tried using my info and more or less got rejected. So I simply used Roswell as the City name and a Roswell zip code. You can Google for the zip code(s). After going in and out of the site a few times, I got rejected. I supposed they were on to me, so I googled for another city and zip code in NM and that worked. The next day, the Roswell name/zipcode worked. You may have to use different NM city names/zipcode. I've been in and out of this site daily for over a wk. now with out issue.

Again - lots more detail than the paper back Chiltons.
