Doing a clutch job on my girlfriend's Scion TC. What do you Tacoma guys use to lube your clutch splines? It seems Honda M60 used to be popular and that's discontinued, I have some Honda M77 (the replacement) but it's a very thick paste and I'm not sure if this is the right application.

The FSM says "Toyota genuine clutch spline grease" but the parts guys at 3 local dealers never heard of it. They all said they use "white lithium" or "white lithium driveline" grease they buy in bulk. I'd imagine that can't withstand heat too well
