New Member looking for 1st gen DCSB TRD

Hello everyone,

Figured I’d create an account here In the event I find my next truck through the forum. I currently have a 1994 Ford Bronco XLT that I’ve poured countless hours, blood, sweat, and $$$ into that I love, it’s a real beast and I wouldn’t hesitate for a second to take it anywhere. With that said, I’ve finished the project and am ready to get into something that can also take me wherever I want, but do so getting better gas mileage (the Bronco see’s 12 on a very very good day, with the wind in its’ sails lol).

I thought briefly about a Jeep, they’re awesome vehicles and I’d love one for wheeling, but my needs require a bit more room than a Jeep offers (lots of camping, occasional hauling, thinking of getting into hunting). So I’ve set my sights on a 1st gen DCSB TRD. 4 doors are nice, automatic is nice, and a truck bed is nice.. add a nice lift, full lockers, and armor and I’d be very happy.

So my search begins! I’m sure I’ll be getting to know y’all better before too long seeing as I can’t help myself from wrenching and using forums as a jumping point for ideas and how-to’s.

I probably won’t go as far as I did with the bronco, seeing as I often found myself in hot water with my SO, but I know I’ll find the right truck and make it my own. Here is a before and couple afters after of my bronco for those that are curious

No longer looking for my taco, I found it! Picked up an 03 DCSB with.. get this.. 76k miles! This thing is a time capsule... SO CLEAN! Definitely the best mod I did to my bronco was turning it into this little champ. Obligatory pictures;
