the cable from shifter to tranny was replaced before I got the truck. They didn't get is aligned just right because you have to go down to 3rd and then move back up to D when it engages. Shifts fine and all after doing that. Not a big deal but with it that way, my D light don't come on and thus my cruise stopped working. You can turn it on and "cruise" lights up but it wont let you set it on a speed. Anyone experience this or know of a adjustment/fix for this ?

    thanks

Sounds like cruise modular doesn’t know your in D . Try setting a speed while in 3rd or 4th.if your able to set cruise in 3rd or 4th Have a tech or get the FSMand reset the gear selector-cable.
