Fixing rock chips/rust pinholes

I have the issue where the front facing window frames all have rust pinholes in them. I’m planning on trying to fix these myself before going to a body/paint shop.

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions for fillers/paintpens/sealant that will match a super white and hold up for the foreseeable future.

I’ve seen people recommend the duplicolor paint pen with built in sander.

 

I have the same issue. Also have some pretty bad rash on back passenger doors from rocks/ salt as well

 

I had a few on the truck earlier in the year, used a PrepPen to dig out the rust then applied Dr Colorchip for the chips.
