Anyone know how to seperate the white from the yellow on this clip? Or better yet how to remove one of the pins that is stuck in the white part of clip?

I pulled the seat out to do a leather cover and the air bag wired got snagged on the bottom of seat. One of the pins pilled out but the other is stuck inside the white part. I need to pull it out to reattach wire.

Or any ideas if this can be bought seperatly? I did check the one toyota digagram and it showed it as being part of alarger harness.

Dang, that sucks. I’d imagine Toyota tries to make it hard to fuck with, so people don’t mess with the air bag system and have a fault in the case of an accident. Good luck.

I used to work for a company that made those sort of harness connectors and they are mechanically pressed together. I doubt you will get it apart without destroying the connection.

I actually was able to get it apart a few minutes after posting. But I like to try and replace the pin.

If you can't then you could buy a different set of mating connectors and rewire them.

I would ID which harness that connector is a part of and call Toyota for price and availability. Then decide if you want to chance destroying it.
