My 2006 Tacoma V6 died recently, started fine one day, went to back out of a spot it stalled and will not start since. Turns over fine, but is not getting gas, I have changed all the fuel pump relays, and fuses. Had a mechanic friend come by and look and he says the fuel pump is fine. When I spray starter fluid in the airbox, the truck will start but if I try to give gas chokes out right away. I have pulled and air sprayed all the connections on the ECU. When my son runs his fixd check on it, it shows no problems detected. Any advice from this point would be great.

Sounds like a crank position sensor to me.
