    Hello I need some help, my tacoma is 2006 and its cabin and a half 2.7 4cc automatic transmission in case its needed, the problem its the carpet has been getting white from water. So I decided to check where did came from, what I was able to see its a black plastic like a water holder or something like that its broken. The point its I dont the real name of the piece of plastic or even hos to replace

    Can someone help me with the name and if pictures if some has ever done this job before ?

    Sounds like your AC drain hose is clogged and leaking onto the carpet.

    As you can see thats the plastic I mention is broken, but I dont know the name of it or how to replace it.

    Geez. How do you stand odor?! Correct me if I am wrong but doesn't that smell like crap inside your cab?

    We bought the car in that condition so I guess we didnt notice it untill recently... so I cant give u an exact time. But it only happens when I used the a/c.

    That might be a dealer question as to what it is and how to fix it. From your pic, that almost looks like an air flow junction or something of the like. Seems like condensation might be leaking from there because it is not being removed from your system properly. I dunno man. Good luck with it.

    Are you sure it coming from there? The foam doesn't look wet or even evidence of moisture, can you take pics but back up a bit, as
    diabetiktaco has mentioned, that is the typical reason for water in the floorboard unless it's the heater core leaking.

    Yes I am sure you can see theres a bag on half of my hand well, from this week that I found the leakage I have putting a small plastic bag and after like 2 or 3 hours of usage I check and theres water in the bag, and no longer in the carpet.

    Yep it's a big plastic housing that comes in several pieces. Different sections hold the heater core, the evaporator core, blend door flaps, and the blower motor. You might be able to buy separate sections individually or you may have to buy the whole thing. Check some wrecking yards
