Hello there. I'm Boris and I currently own 2008 4cylunder 2L Tacoma which I love. Having said that I have annoying issue with my air conditioning being constantly on and blowing cold air even when Ac button and the FAN in OFF position. Compressor clutch is spinning all the time. Also suction side line is frosting because fan is off and no air is passed over evaporator. Example if I have car parked and idling with Ac button and fan button off compressor clutch is still spinning and suction line freezes. Also driving while Ac is off and recycling is off cold air can still be felt inside the cab. Refrigerant charge is correct, evaporator filter clean. Please advise and thank you again for adding me

never mind gentlemen I was able to figure it out by doing good old basic electrical troubleshooting and found that compressor clutc relay is stuck closed position. What trough me off was my suction line was freezing so I new ive had air flow issue with the system , in my line of work HVAC frosted or frozen suction line is caused by low refrigerant level whitch was good, low air flow across evaporator coil,my blower motor I confrmed is good and running and its at the right speed and rotation is in right direction. Filteris clean. I drove around and got on ToolRoad and could feel cold air coming out of my supply registers even tho AC button off and fan was in off position. I pulled over opened the hood and of course line frozen again and compressor clutch spinning, causing refrigerant to flow trough the airconditioning system not dis engaging,. after that things become more clear and it was just matter of finding is it mechanical or electrical problem causing clutch to stay engaged. using multy meter I confirmed that the relay is stuck in closed position. I didn't have to pull the cluch and see whats the issue with. there is a good tutorial on cluch replacement and mechanical way of fixing it or replacing it
